Semi detached Duplex Remodelling

Located in Apo, this project was both designed and constructed by our company over a period of 1 year and 3 months. The project required a tailored approach to maximize the available space while maintaining functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Project Challenge:

The major challenge was the limited land size, which made accommodating two structures difficult. However, through innovative design solutions and strategic planning, we successfully overcame this obstacle, delivering a project that exceeded expectations despite the space constraints.
