Semi detached Duplex Remodelling

This project, located in the upscale area of Jabi, Abuja, began when the client reached out to us through Instagram. Initially, the project involved an existing plan/design tailored for real estate purposes. However, we were entrusted with refining the design by integrating our expertise to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Impressed by our approach, the client requested that we also manage the construction phase, which we gladly undertook.

Project Duration:

The project spanned a year, largely due to staggered fund disbursements. Despite the extended timeline, our team maintained close coordination, ensuring that the project progressed efficiently while meeting the client's expectations.
